Andy Shane and the Barn Sale Mystery

Have you read the world’s most mysterious book ever? No? You haven’t? You have to grab Andy Shane and the Barn Sale Mystery by Jennifer R. Jacobs at the library.

Andy Shane wants to buy a binocular case for his Granny Webb. But…he doesn’t have any money, so he has a barn sale. He earns enough money at the barn sale to buy the binoculars. Somehow, the binoculars go missing. Read and find out if they find the binoculars.

Andy Shane is thoughtful. For example, he worked hard to get a binocular case for his Granny Webb.

Andy is also adventurous because he tried to solve the mystery of the missing binoculars with his friend, Dolores.

My favorite part is when Andy Shane and Dolores Starbuckle found free stuff in other people’s driveways, like chairs, lanterns, mops, pots, and tons of other stuff. They used it for the barn sale. I liked the look on Dolores' face when they saw the stuff. It was hilarious! This part also showed that they were all working together, even though the neighbors didn't realize it. Read the book to find out more about Andy Shane and the barn sale mystery.

When you finish Andy Shane and the Barn Sale Mystery, you should read the whole series. Jennifer R. Jacobs and Abby Carter are a really great author and illustrator duo! You really have to read Andy Shane and the Barn Sale Mystery, please! You should read the whole series! Anyone who likes funny and mysterious books will laugh out loud with Andy Shane!
