Five Little Peppers and How They Grew

This book is about an enormous family that is poor. Polly and Ben put together a tiny Christmas for the younger children. At the end, Polly and Ben are rewarded for their selfless efforts. After their Christmas party, Jasper invites Polly to his dad?s mansion. Read the book to find out more.

My favorite part is when the family bakes cakes and pies with their new friend, Jasper. My favorite character is Polly because she has a lot of superb experiences in the book. This book reminds me of my family because we bake together sometimes. Polly reminds me of myself because I have also had some superb experiences. The lesson learned in this book is that sometimes you should listen to your mom.

I recommend this book to people that like to hear about families that have hard and marvelous times. This book would be best for people that understand the old times.
