The Chocolate Touch

John had a bad habit of eating candy. His favorite was chocolate. John found a silver coin on the way to Susan?s house. He went to a candy store to buy some chocolate.

Many things turned to chocolate in this story. They were toothpaste, breakfast, pencil, water, food and John?s gloves. The store keeper said he found the coin because he was greedy.

The store keeper said to John, ?Do you want your chocolate touch?? John said that he wanted his mother back instead. When he got home his mother was back.

My favorite part of the book was when John's mother turned to chocolate. Sometimes it would be cool to turn my mom to chocolate especially if I am getting in trouble for teasing my sister! I liked the character John because he is like my sister. They like to do things in their own way. I liked this book because it was funny, especially when everything started turning into chocolate.

Everybody that likes chocolate should read this book.
