This is the true story of the Three Little Pigs from the Wolf's point of view. The wolf cleverly tries to convince the reader that he was framed. The Wolf begins to tell his side of the story, by explaining that all he wanted the whole time was a cup of sugar. Could it be that the wolf is innocent? Was it all just one big misunderstanding? Read and follow the wolf through his adventure to borrow a cup of sugar and then you decide if this is the True Story of The Three Little Pigs.
I really like this story because it is very funny. The author was clever by writing this story from the wolf's point of view. The illustrations are great because the wolf is drawn as if he is a person. The glasses make the wolf look like he might be telling the truth. My favorite part is at the end when the wolf is in jail asking for a cup of sugar. I liked his beard.
I think this story can be enjoyed by adults and kids. It is a funny twist to a fairy tale most people know.
