This story is about a character named Sam I Am. He was always bothering a man. He wanted the man to try green eggs and ham, but the man always said no. He asked him to try them on a boat and on a plane and on train. Sam I Am kept asking him, "Do you like green eggs and ham?" The man told him to go away, but he wouldn't. Do you think he will try them? Do you think he will like them? Read this book to find out.
I liked when the man said, "That Sam I Am, that Sam I Am, I do not like that Sam I Am!" He got very angry. I liked the silly pictures. The man made some funny faces in the pictures. Sam I Am kept going everywhere the man went. I also liked the rhyming words in the story. I think this is a fun story to read to a friend.
I recommend this book to kids who like rhyming books. It has rhyming words on every page! Teachers will like this book, too. It teaches kids about trying something new.
