Junie B. Jones has a Peep in her Pocket

This book is about Junie B. Jones. Her class is going on a field trip to a farm. Junie B. feels skittish about going because she is afraid of roosters. One of her friends said that roosters can peck your head to a nub. When she gets to the farm she hides under the seat of the bus.

On the farm she finds a chick that is her friend. What she doesn't know is her friend is a baby rooster!

I like this book because it is funny when the farmer takes off his hat and he doesn't have a nub for a head.

My favorite part is when Junie B. Jones doesn't understand about going to school next year. So the teacher, Mrs. Has to explain it all to the whole class.

I liked Junie B. the most because she is funny because she doesn't understand things like other kids do.

I recommend this book to 2nd graders and 3rd graders. If you like funny books you should give this book a try.
