This story is about a mother bird and a little baby bird. When the baby started to hatch the mother bird went to find worms. The baby came out of the egg did not see his mother, so he decided to go look for his mother. He came to a kitten and asked if the kitten was his mother. He came to a hen and asked if she was his mother. He saw a car and asked if the car was his mother. He came to a snort and asked if it was his mother. The baby bird thought the snort would take him to his nest. The baby bird realizes he is lost. Will the baby bird think he is lost forever?
My favorite part in this book is when the little bird thinks the kitten is his mother. This book made me feel happy when I read it because the little bird found his mother. I liked the cover of the book where the bird is standing on the dog. The dog looks very bored of the bird. Once I was lost at the beach. I was looking for my mother, but I couldn't find her just like the little bird. My mother was looking for me too and she finally found me.
Many people would like this book because it may remind them of a time when they were lost. I think that people would like reading about the snort, because he takes to bird back to the nest. I know that my brother would like this book because it has very funny pictures and silly words.
