The Reptile Room

The Reptile Room is about three kids whose parents die in a fire. Violet is the oldest, then Klaus, then Sunny is the youngest. They have to live with their late father's cousin's wife's brother... well, their uncle. He is a herpatologist and becomes their new guardian. Count Olaf, their old guardian, is evil and is trying to kill Violet to get their fortune (Violet will get it when she turns 18). You're just going to have to read the book to find out what happens!
I like The Reptile Room because the illustrations are very wild. The one on the cover is my favorite. My favorite character is Klaus because he is really smart. The best part is when the snake bites Sunny - because you would think that Sunny would be hurt, but she is fine and bites the snake back.
I'd recommend this book because it is very odd. People who like weird stories would like this one! Try it!
