Running is a great way to exercise. In this book they show us different ways to run when in a competition. Tips are given to us as we read the story. Great secrets are shared by the best athletes. If you would like to learn these secrets you will have to read this book.

I like this book because it shows us different track events, like the hurdle jumping, sprinting, and relay racing using batons. Team work, team spirit, confidence and great training can also help to win a race. This book is special to me because I ran in a race before and it is exactly the way the book saids it is.The illustrations show real people doing every event that is in a track and field event. The teams are all wearing unforms and it's easier to cheer for your favorite team.

I recommend this book to anyone that likes running. Their secrets to racing are so cool that everyone should read this book just to get a few pointers.
