Do you have a lot of ideas? In the book ?The Great Ideas of Lila Fenwick? by Kate McMullen, Lila has so many problems to solve in and out of school. When her class lost their guinea pig, she worked her brain off to find it. Lila posted pictures all over the school. She and her friends searched high and low for him. Then there was a Halloween party at her friend?s house, and she needed help with the decorations. So Lila set her mind to work. To find out how everything turned out read the book.
I like this novel because it?s fun and interesting. For example, just when you think you know what Lila is going to do, all of the sudden, the book takes another direction. My favorite part of the story is when Lila is helping with the Halloween party. She creates the costume for her best friend who ends up winning the costume contest. I like the character Lila because she reminds me of myself. I also like to help people fix their problems with my good ideas.
I recommend this novel to anyone who loves to read. This novel really can fit anyone. Read The Great Ideas of Lila Fenwick!
