One day there was a wombat who was worried about everything. He worried about falling into the creek whenever he went for a drink of water. He worried about the trees losing their leaves in the fall. He also worried about his animal friends. The animals' names are Joey, Kangaroo, Koala, Dingo, Goanna and Emu. Wombat worries so much that it makes the other animals unhappy. The animals hurt Wombat's feelings by pretending not to hear him and this made Wombat feel sad.
I liked this book because it made me feel sad and then happy. My favorite part in the book was when Wombat shouted at Joey and Kangaroo, "Enjoy the ride, Joey!" because I like kangaroos and I like rides. Koala reminds me of when I climb on things because he climbs trees.
I think other people should read this book because if they like friendships or like animals they will enjoy this book. You will also learn a lesson on friendship.
