The ants in this story try to get some food at a picnic. They march in two lines, then four lines, five lines and finally ten lines of one hundred!
They finally get to the picnic, but they are too slow and all the food is gone. I like the ants in the story and how they marched together to get to the picnic.
When they finally got there and there was no food, ninety-nine ants swarmed the one little ant because he made them go so slow. The pictures of all the ants were funny!
My brother liked reading this book and I think that other kids would like it too.
