Artemis Fowl

Who is Artemis Fowl? A genius? A criminal mastermind? A millionaire? And at only twelve years old! Artemi?s family, the Fowls, have been doing business as criminals for a hundred years. One day Artemis and his body guard, Butler, were looking for a healer. When they found her, they figured out that she was actually a fairy. She was only about three feet tall. They tricked her into giving them her bible. They learned every thing about fairies. Fairies have far more advanced technology than humans. Artemis and Butler track a fairy above ground. Butler readied a sleep dart. Do they capture the fairy? Read this book to find out.

I felt excited when I read this book. It made me think they should make more than two books in the series. This book is unique because I have never even read a book similar. There was an elf named Holly in this book. She changed in some ways because she was taken hostage. Instead of turning against her kidnappers she ends up helping them. The person who took her hostage was hurt. And she healed him, so she was helping her enemy. I liked this book because of the action. If you liked Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Harry Potter, then you will like this book!

I recommend this book because it?s exciting. Any reader who likes action and science fiction and action would like this book. The plot of this story might interest readers because it?s really different from other books.
