The Twits

This book is about a husband and wife named the Twits. They like to play tricks on each other. When one Twit plays a trick on the other, the other one will pay them back. For example, Mr. Twit was drinking from a glass and Mrs. Twit put her glass eye inside of it to scare him! Another time, to pay her back, Mr. Twit went into the basement and made Mrs. Twits chair higher, so she would think that she was shrinking!

I think this book is really funny and kind of silly. My favorite part is when Mr. Twit puts 100 balloons on Mrs. Twit and she goes up into the air and he says, "Now I will never see that ugly Twit again!" But Mrs. Twit keeps on biting the strings of the balloons so she comes back down.

When I read this book it made me laugh so much. It makes me feel good that I had so much fun reading it.

I recommend this book to kids who like funny books. I think kids in 3rd ? 5th grades will especially like this story.
