Charlotte's Web

Fern is a girl who has a pig named Wilbur. When Wilbur was born Fern’s dad said he was a runt. Fern’s dad said he was going to kill the pig because he was a runt. Fern said he should not kill Wilbur and she will take care of him. Later on in the spring, Wilbur had to leave their farm and go to Mr. Zuckerman’s farm. That’s how Wilbur met charlotte, the spider. She wants to save Wilbur because, around Christmastime, Wilbur is going to get killed. Charlotte has a plan. Will Charlotte’s plan work or will Wilbur get killed? You will just have to read the book to find out!

This book is good for kids who like interesting stories. Wilbur meets new friends and they all have a plan to save Wilbur. My favorite part of the book was when Wilbur meets Charlotte because she makes cool designs with her web. This book reminds me of my dog. I had to give her to my grandpa because we moved into an apartment just like Fern had to give Wilbur to her Uncle Homer.

I recommend Charlotte’s Web because the author added a spin to the book. I love how the author made the animals talk. I think kids should read this book because once I started reading Charlotte’s Web, I never wanted the book to end. This book is good for people who like adventure stories. Wilbur was adventurous when he breaks through the fence and runs off to the woods. He explores the woods! I think anyone would like this book because I think that this book will catch everyone’s attention right away. I really enjoyed reading this book, and you will too!
