Henry and his family had a family reunion. At the reunion, Henry met a lot of relatives. Every relative gave Mudge a sloppy kiss. Of all relatives, his cousin Annie was the best one. Annie brought Henry and Mudge to her room to play games. After they finished playing they all said good bye, and they went home.
My favorite part of Henry and Mudge in the Family Trees is when Henry was playing with his favorite cousin, Annie. This is my favorite part because I have a favorite cousin. This reminds me of me playing with my cousin, Chris. We play games just like Henry and Annie. I think Henry is happy in this story because he likes to play with his favorite cousin.
I recommend Henry and Mudge in the Family Trees because it is a good family story. I liked when they played Frisbee as a family. I think 6 - 9 year olds will like this book. This book teaches a lesson. The lesson is families are supposed to help each other. I think you will like it too.
