Iris and Walter and Baby Rose

This book is about a girl named Iris. Her parents tell her that she is going to be a big sister. She feels so excited. The day arrives, the baby comes home and she says she looks like a doll. The baby starts crying. She gets really annoyed. She does not like to be a big sister. If you want to see what happens next, you just have to read the book.

I really like the book Iris and Walter and Baby Rose. I like this book because she had a lot of feelings in the book. She feels happy when the baby comes home then gets annoyed when the baby starts crying. My favorite part is when Iris gets big news. If I were her, I’d be excited. When she gets mad, her grandpa helps her to calm down. I still wonder how she feels after. This book is a part of a series called Iris and Walter. I have read other books in the series. I really like them.

I think you should read this book if you are in 1st, 2nd or 3rd grade or if you are 7-10 years old. I also think if you are going to be a big sister and if you like taking chances, you will probably like the book. Enjoy reading!
