Mr. Putter and Tabby Paint the Porch

Mr. Putter and Tabby Paint the Porch is about the main character Mr. Putter and his fine cat Tabby. He decided to paint the porch so Mr. Putter got the materials from downstairs including paint and brushes. Then Mr. Putter went to the porch and started to paint. Then a squirrel came and ran all over the porch when the porch was still wet. Will Mr. Putter be able to paint the porch? You will need to read the book to find out!

I think Mr. Putter and Tabby Paint the Porch is a funny book because there are some parts that are funny to me. For example, it’s funny when Mr. Putter painted the porch pink. Also, Mr. Putter is kind because Mr. Putter let Mrs. Teaberry help. Also, in the book Mr. Putter and Tabby Bake the Cake, Mr. Putter did not know how to bake a cake but Mr. Putter did not give up. Mr. Putter is a good thinker because in every Mr. Putter book, Mr. Putter thinks of something to solve his problem. Also, I like that the illustrator had a lot of detail in the pictures. I really like all the details in the pictures.

I recommend this book for kids in 1st, 2nd and maybe 3rd grade. I think this book is for kids that like silly books. Mr. Putter and Tabby is a good series because it is funny and a little silly. So kids that like silly and funny books might like Mr. Putter and Tabby Paint the Porch.
