The Chocolate Touch

John is CRAZY for chocolate! I like the book, “Chocolate Touch”, John learns a lesson about eating too much chocolate. He eats so much that a lot of things turn into chocolate, including his mother. John saved his mother from turning into chocolate but it was not easy. A lot of things went wrong on the way. His toothpaste, his gloves, his pencil, water, his trumpet and even his friend’s special coin turned to chocolate because of the curse of the chocolate touch.

My favorite part is when his mother turned back to herself because he is just a boy who needs his mom and can’t imagine his life without his mom. He realizes he was greedy and makes a bargain with the candy store owner to never be greedy about chocolate again.

You should read the book about John Midas and the Chocolate Touch. It might help you not to be greedy because your life will change in a bad way and your friends might not like you anymore. You could even lose your mom!
