A little girl named Natasha doesn’t like to wait for things. She demands her Babushka to do everything for her like to push her on the swing, make her lunch, and play with her. Babushka finally finishes her chores and says now they can eat. She grabs a kettle from a high shelf and Natasha finds a little doll that she’s never seen before. Babushka says that is her doll and she used to play with her. Natasha asks to play with her and Babushka says she can play with her after she eats her soup. Babushka goes shopping and tells Natasha she can play with her until she gets back. Read the story to find out what happens when Babushka leaves.
I like this book because it was crazy! As soon as babushka leaves, things turn funny. It is interesting when Natasha learns what it’s like to be bossy. Also it’s funny that a doll can talk. The doll is sassy like Natasha.
I recommend this book to my friend Anthony because he might wonder if this could actually happen.
