Read the rest to discover what other adventures happens to Karana.
I really have enjoyed this book because I do love adventures and Island of the Blue Dolphins does have a lot of adventures. I like the connection in the book, if you have read Island of the Blue dolphins there is “Zia”, which has Karana in it. I really like when Karana trains wild animals to be her pets because I think its sweet that she loves pets and wants them. This book is exciting because there are a lot of cliff hangers and tragic things that happen to Karana that I think people will like because she is very brave. I hope you read this book and I think you will like it.
I recommend this book to 4th through 8th graders. Also, people who like adventures and historical fiction would enjoy this book.
