This story is about a lion who goes to the library. He wanders around the library, sleeps on the library floor, and even roars during story time. Nobody knows what to do and the lion keeps coming back. Miss Merriweather doesn’t seem to mind this lion being there. Read this book to find out what Miss Merriweather, the librarian does about this lion in the library.
I like this story because I love lions and I like how the lion helps Miss Merriweather. I also like how the lion helps everyone at the library. I like the part when the lion goes out of the library and stares through the window when the library is closed.
I think first through fifth graders who like lions would love this story.
