The main characters are Jeff and Tilly. Tilly thinks that the dragon is eating all the books and Mr. Bronsky, the janitor, is getting blamed. Jeff, Tilly, Poppy Rose and Sally are going to go into the library to try to catch the thief and find out who is framing Mr. Bronsky.
My favorite part of this story is when Mr. Bronsky gives Tilly the weapons to fight. The weapons are a garbage can lid and vacuum cleaner!
