This story took place in New York and Princeton and New Jersey. This book talked about Peter adjusting to things like a new baby, dad quitting his job to write a book, moving, meeting new friends, and going to a new school. The best part of the book was when Fudge started telling everybody everything he knew because he thought his parents didn't want him anymore. You see he heard they were getting a new baby.
