Have you ever been impatient? I have. In, Splat The Cat! Blow, Snow, Blow, by Rob Scotton, Splat can’t wait for the snow to come.
In the book, Splat was impatient for the snow to come. All he wants to do is throw snowballs and to make a snow cat! He is so upset that the snow is late that he can’t even swallow his dinner. He tried to make some ducks pull his sled. Splat waited and waited and waited. Finally, Splat tried to make his own snow. Will the snow ever come?
In my opinion, this was a good book. I liked the pictures because they were colorful. It was also funny. Splat was a goofy cat. Lastly, the snow came and everyone had fun.
I recommend this book to kids who like snow and playing in the snow. If you like Splat the cat, you will also really like this book.
