This book is about a boy named Moss. He accidentally breaks something very important, and he can’t figure out how to put it back together. Then he finds out that he and his family have to share what little food they have with total strangers.

I think it is very interesting that Moss doesn’t want to share his food with strangers. I like this book because it had a lot about nature and Native Americans. I like how descriptive this book was when it described how Moss went into the woods and met Trouble.

I recommend this book to people who like history. I think it would be best for 2nd - 5th graders because there are some hard words and no pictures, If you want to find out more about history and Native Americans, read this book!
