This book is about a lamb and a butterfly. They met one day in the middle of a meadow. Then the butterfly fluttered to a dandelion. The the lamb kicked up her heels and ran after him. Then the butterfly fluttered to a bristle thistle and the lamb kicked up her heels again. Suddenly a storm came in and the wind caught the butterfly's wings. When the storm was over the lamb saw the butterfly on her back. Read this book to find out if the butterfly is okay.
I loved this book because it was funny. My favorite part was when the butterfly said, "That's not a question," because when I read that part it made me laugh. The butterfly reminded me of a butterfly I saw in my backyard.
I highly recommend this book because it tells about friendship. I also recommend this book to people who like butterflies. Kids in second grade can read this book because you can read it without thinking about what the words are!
