Max is a funny puppy who is cool and is always muddy. He hates taking baths. He gets in a lot of trouble and he made me laugh. He will make you laugh too!
I liked this book very much. It was funny the way Max loved to get dirty and smelly. He hated to be clean. That was the funniest of all. I really like funny books, that is why I liked this book. I also love dogs. Max really mad me laugh. The ending of this book will really surprise you. It surprised me! Not even Max could believe what happened after Simon, his owner, entered him into the dog show. You won't believe it either! I liked this book because it was just the right number of pages for a 2nd grader.
I recommend this book because it is very funny. First and second graders will love this book. It is very easy to read and very funny too!
