This is a book about a dog named Balto and a guy named Gunnar. Balto is a sled dog and Gunnar is the driver. Some kids get sick and need medicine or they will die. Read this book to find out how Balto helps save the kids.
I liked Balto because he was smart and brave. I liked this book because it was a true story. I learned a lot about sled dogs.
I think kids in fourth grade would like this book, because it is about a dog helping kids.
