The Pudding Like a Night: From The Stories Julian Tells

This story is about when Julian and his brother made a pudding for their mom. Their dad said not for them to take a bite of the pudding, but they ate it. They ate the whole thing! Their dad got really mad and they had to make another pudding.

Sometimes when I do something bad my dad gets mad at me. I think the author should have had the dad trip on the boy’s legs when he was looking for them under the bed to make the story funnier.

I recommend this book to kids from lower school to high school. I think it’s a really funny book and all kids should read it.
