I liked it because Sylvester McMonkey McBean is weird. My favorite part was when Sylvester McMonkey McBean came and gave the plain belly sneetches stars on their bellies. My favorite character was Sylvester McMonkey McBean because he is cool. This book reminds me of friendship and Martin Luther King Jr. because the sneetches were different just like the African Americans and white people.

I recommend this book to everyone because everyone has a friend.
