I liked this book because Sylvester McMonkey McBean came with a machine and he gave the plain belly sneetches a star. My favorite part was when they ran out of money and made up with each other. My favorite character is Sylvester McMonkey McBean. It reminds me of Elmo in Grouchland becuase Zoe rips Elmo's blanket and they weren't friends.

I recommend this book to Madeline because she is my best friend and I think she loves sneetches.
