In this story Mama and Papa Bear want Brother and Sister to eat healthy food. Brother and Sister like to eat too much junk food. They eat junk food at the movies, the mall, and even at home. Mama and Papa tell Brother and Sister that they need to eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables so they will grow strong and healthy. So they ate healthy foods and exercised by jogging. Their family wond the Three Mile Run race!

My favorite part of this story was when Brother and Sister started eating healthy foods. It reminds me that I should eat healthy foods and only eat junk food once and awhile. I felt happy when the Berenstain Bears family won the race. I think it would be fun to run in a race.

I would recommend this book to kids who eat too much junk food. I think first, second, and third graders will like this story. It will teach kids a lesson about how to eat healthy foods.
