The Magician's Nephew

This book is about two kids named Polly and Digory. Digory's grandfather is a magician. He tricks them into putting on some rings and they disappear!

They go to a land of trees and lots of pools of water. They jump into one and go to another land. They bring back an evil witch. You will have to read the book to find out what happens next!

The theme of this book is that things aren't always the way they appear. When Digory first saw the witch he thought she was beautiful. She was really evil!

I liked the book very much. I think it was good because they went to different worlds. I like Digory because he was adventurous. There are not a lot of pictures and they are not colored. But it is a good book. I recommend this book to others that like fantasy books.
