A Day in the Jungle

This is a story about an ape named Silkie. He went exploring in the jungle. He sees lots of scary animals in the jungle. He comes across a panther, a grasshopper, a snake, and a bunch of gorillas. That is what my book was about.

My favorite part of the story was when Silkie saw a grasshopper because it was funny when Silkie was surprised that it jumped. My favorite character is Silkie because he is cute. It relates to my life because Silkie and I are both curious about lots of things. This story does have pictures that tell what Silkie does in the story.

I do think other people should read this book because it is funny.
