The Runaway Racehorse

Uncle Warren walked Dink, Josh and Ruth Rose to the stall to see Whirlaway. But the stall was bare! They looked everywhere for him but they could not find him anywhere. Did someone steal Whirlaway or was he a "Run Away Racehorse?" If you ever want to know what happens to Whirlaway, then you should read this book.

I loved this book because the author made a mystery out of a horse story. The illustrator used a lot of detail in all of his pictures. This story made me feel like I was one of the people in the stands cheering when Sunny and Whirlaway came in. This story reminds me of when my pony Bud ran away.

I recommend this book to people who like mysteries and horses. If you like mysteries, you just might like this book.
