Franklin and the Thunderstorm

The book was about a turtle named Franklin. One day he was going to his friend Fox's to play at his house, but when he was getting ready the sky got dark with very dark clouds too. He was scared to go out. When he got inside he was still scared but when his friends told him a funny tale about the storm he was not scared anymore.

I like it when Franklin was getting ready for Fox's house because he would have a lot of fun. He ran to Fox's house and when he got there Fox was outside and Franklin thought that it was scary to watch the storm but Fox thought that it was fun.

Franklin was a good character because he made the book very fun to read.

It reminded me about when I was going to my friend's house. There was a storm and I got scared just like Franklin.

I recommend that kids would like to read this book because it was fun for me to read. I think that it will teach other kids not to go outside when there is a storm. Maybe kids that are eight and under would like to read this book and have fun reading it and get into more Franklin books.
