This is a story about a cat who wore a funny striped hat. He played with two children who were home alone. He caused a lot of trouble and made a mess. The cat brought in a big crate. Read this book to find out what was in the crate!

I think this book was fun. The Cat in the Hat did a lot of tricks. The characters Thing 1 and Thing 2 spazzed around the room and made me laugh. They remind me of my twin brothers.

I would recommend this book to my grandpa. He likes to play tricks on people just like the Cat in the Hat.
