The Giving Tree

This story is about a boy and a tree. The boy swung from her branches and spent lots of time with the tree. The boy grew older and the tree is alone because the boy did not visit the tree very much. When the boy comes back, he takes all of the trees stuff like the branches and apples. At the end of the story, when the boy is old, he comes back and sits on her stump and the tree is happy again.

I think The Giving Tree is a good story because the tree gives everything to the boy. My favorite part is when the boy gets older because he puts two hearts on the tree. I felt sad reading the story because the boy took everything from the tree. The story is also sad because I thought the boy would never come back to the tree.

I would recommend this book because it is a good story because the boy visits the tree. I think that my mom and dad would like this story. The book is interning because the tree gave the boy everything, like it's apples.
