Imagine a girl whose nickname is ?teacher's pet?. Her real name is Cricket Kaufman. A new girl came to Cricket's class named Zoe Mitchell. Cricket?s teacher Mrs. Schralenburgh doesn?t like Cricket because of Zoe. You?ll have to read the book to see if Cricket and the new girl, Zoe, become friends in the end.

I liked this book because Zoe and Cricket have to do a project about interviewing each other, but Cricket doesn?t want to do it because she doesn?t like Zoe. These two girls remind me of some girls in my class who think they know everything! I didn?t like Cricket very much because she thought she was smarter than everyone else.

I recommend this book to people that like books about jealousy and hate. I recommend this book to you because it is a great book.
