This story is about a rat, cat, dog, hog, cow, sheep, hen, horse, and elephant. The cat chases the rat because the rat's in the house. The dog catches the scamp. The dog has broken a dish and the hog shoos the dog. Then, the hog is eating and the cow comes in. The cow is dancing and they send in the sheep to make her stop. The sheep is tangled in yarn, and the hen from the barn comes in. The hen is laying eggs on the table, when the horse comes in. The horse kicked a hole in the wall. the elephant gets rid of them all. The elephant was big but he squeezed through the door.
As I read this book I felt nice because it was funny! I liked this book because there were many animals and it was interesting. There was a lot of stuff going on, which was good. My favorite animal was the cat because it was lovely.
I think others should read this book because it is funny and it is about animals. People who like animals would enjoy this book, especially people who like cats.
