"Slowly, Slowly, Slowly," said the Sloth

The sloth crawled on a tree slowly, slowly, slowly. The sloth would even stay on the tree when it rains. Every time animals come to the sloth they ask questions. This story is about a sloth. A really slow sloth. This sloth bumps into a lot of animals like a Tapir and a Spider Monkey. The sloth explained that he is slow and boring.

The sloth reminds Jin Young of when he went home slowly when it rained. The sloth is lazy. We like the sloth because he?s always on the tree. We like Eric Carle?s illustrations because he mixes a lot of colors in his drawings.

We recommend this book to kids who are in kindergarten or first grade. We recommend this book to second and fourth graders and even to grown ups. We also recommend this book to people who like Eric Carle?s books.
