Thank You, Mr. Falker

This story is about a girl named Patricia. She could not read anything. A fifth grade teacher named Mr. Falker helped her. He also made kids stop teasing her. They teased her just because she could not read. Mr. Falker gave her books to practice reading with. Patricia felt Mr. Falker was a special teacher.

We like this story because it was nice when Mr. Falker helped Patricia with her reading and stopped the kids from teasing her. We like Patricia Polacco?s art work. Someday we would like to be like Patricia Polacco. We would also like to meet her. It would be great to have the opportunity to see her space rock.

We recommend this book to first graders , second graders and third graders because when we were in those grades, we liked this book very much. We also recommend this book to people who like books by Patricia Polacco. If you are nice and you like to read books, this book would be perfect for you.
