This story is about an evil guy named Sheck. He wants to tear down the neighborhood that Arnold lives in and a lot of other people, too. Arnold is trying to save the neighborhood. With his good friend Gerald they might be able to save the neighborhood. Find out in Hey Arnold.

I like this book because it has thrills in it and it has action too. It tells to look on the bright side and never give up and that's an important message for me and for other kids like me. It's also just a fun book to read.

I would recommend this book to anyone who is 8 years old and higher.
