Stargirl

It is about a teenager who is in high school and she has a crush on a boy and as if she was invisible and never noticed her. Then one day she got dressed very nice and for the first time he had noticed her and he smiled at her and she smiled back. After school he asked her to be his girlfriend she stutters to tell him yes.

I like this book because it is realistic fiction and it is very cool. It is just like a real teenager living a normal life. I like the character very much and I do not like the flat characters because they are sort of mean to stargirl. This book is not like any other book that I have read in my life.

I would recommend this book to somebody like my sister and she is reading the book stargirl. I think it would be very good for her to read this book because it would probably happen to her in high school and so she would learn something and would not get in trouble. And stay out of it and be a straight A student. The first thing that I like about this book is that it really makes you wander how she must have felt being picked on in high school. I know how I would have felt in high school, being picked on and pushed around at school believe me I know how it feels.
