My Pet Ferrets

If you ever want to get a ferret, always buy it at a pet store. Ferrets like to eat raisins. When the ferret's scent glands are removed they no longer smell. Young ferrets are called kits. I can't believe how cute and tiny they are! Pet store ferrets usually have been neutered or spayed so they can't have babies. I had six ferrets for two years. I had a good time buying ferret supplies. We had a very big cage and there were a lot of toys in the cage. You can give a ferret a bath and hold it like a baby. You can even take it for a walk or for a ride in the car.

I think the book was wonderful. This book reminds me of my six ferrets. I liked the pictures because they are funny, cute and silly.

I recommend this book for 3rd graders and pet lovers. You can find out a lot of information about ferrets in this book.
