This book is about the Fantastic Mr. Fox. He has some nice kids who help their dad dig for some food. They want to keep their mom from dying because of the stupid farmers. They also wanted to help the badgers, the moles, the rabbits and the weasels.

I think this is a good book because the fox outsmarts the stupid farmers. My favorite part is when they have a big dinner. I like it because they all sat around a huge table and all the animals ate together. It reminds me of when we visit relatives. We always had big dinners at my aunt's house. We always have a lot of friends over, too.

I recommend this book because the four little foxes help their mom so she wouldn't die. They were brave. First graders and up could read this book.
