Sam, Bangs and Moonshine

Do you know any body that lies a tremendous amount of lies? Well, there was a girl named Sam who always lies. She tells stories like her mom is a mermaid and she has a baby kangaroo. Her friend Thomas believes her everytime. Sam said "My baby kangaroo just went to visit my mermaid mother". Thomas and Bangs, the cat, went to look for the baby kangaroo out on the blue rock. A storm started. Sam felt bad about telling the lie. Sam told her dad and he went to look for Thomas and Bangs in the storm. If you want to find out what happens next, read this book and find out!

We think you should read this book because it has a good lesson- never to tell a lie. Lara's favorite part was at the beginning when Sam tells lies. Some of the lies are funny. No one could have a mermaid mother! Robbie thinks it will make you laugh when you read about Sam's fierce lion and baby kangaroo lies. Even though the lies are funny, the lesson is to never tell a lie because your friends could get lost or hurt.

We recommend this book to everybody because it has a good lesson to learn.
