Brittany: I like the book because I like jewelry. My favorite part was when the girl kept asking for the earrings even though her parents said, "No". I keep asking for things that I really want even if my parents say no.

Cari: I liked the book because I think about jewelry too. My favorite part was when the girl said she was the only one in the solar system that didn't have earrings. I liked it because I know how the girl feels. When you want something badly you always think you're the only one without it.
