The Princess and the Pony

The main character, Princess Pinecone, is excited for her birthday because she asked all the people in the kingdom for a horse, but they have given her a weird horse! Its face is hilarious because its eyes are looking in different directions.

This book is both funny and exciting with illustrations that are also hilarious.

Pinecone and the horse become a good team and learn to love one another. I think the lesson of this book is that just because something or somebody looks different that doesn’t mean that you can’t be friends. My favorite part was the ending because the illustrations looked very cool.

I recommend this book to kids who like funny and exciting stories.
